Three employees from Covers Timber & Builders Merchants in Lewes are celebrating a combined 90 years of service at the company.

Laura Chambers, Peter Mercer and Wayne Smith have each worked 30 years at the business, which is based at Chatfields Yard in Cooksbridge, near Lewes. To celebrate their achievement, they were each presented with a gift for their loyalty by Covers’ Chairman, Rupert Green.

Phil Stillwell, Depot Manager of Covers Lewes, said:

Laura Chambers, who works in internal sales at Lewes, added:
