Covers raises funds for charity at annual summer fayre

Covers Timber & Builders Merchant in Chichester has helped raise £280 for the charities Chestnut Tree House and St Wilfrid’s Hospice during its annual Summer Fayre.

Hundreds of people visited the depot to enjoy an action-packed programme of family-friendly events including children’s entertainer Nick Clark, a bouncy castle, treasure hunt, and face painting. Visitors were also able to put their football skills to the test for a chance to win a football during the ‘Beat the Goalie’ competition, and take part in an array of other games and activities.

Richard Murrell, Branch Manager at Covers Homes Ideas in Chichester, said:

“Once again we had a hugely successful summer fayre with glorious weather and plenty of fun. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped raise money for two great charities that do so much for our community.”
