Covers Timber & Builders Merchants welcomed Dame Caroline Dinenage, the Conservative MP for Gosport, to its depot on Friday 22nd April.
Dame Caroline was given a tour of the depot by manager Jamie Dent who explained its operations and products as well as how the business gets involved with community projects and charitable giving. Dame Caroline also met Covers’ Managing Director, Henry Green and Marketing Manager, Ben Gale. The Green family has been running the independent business since the 1940s.

It was great to meet the team at Covers Gosport to learn more about their history and how they are still making a difference with their local customer service and support for community projects. It was welcome to hear their passion for product sustainability and their role in protecting our environment.”
