manufactured with a 4mm thick plywood face, constructed with a
lightweight hardwood tri-laminate core with hardwood framing.

Lightweight door blank with a solid timber tri-laminated core.
Approximate weight of 30-31kg per 2135 x 915 blank.
Sound insulation up to Rw.34 dB in various configurations – in
accordance with Building Regulations Approved document “E” &
Building Bulletin 93
FD30 fire rating tested in accordance with BS 476-22 and BS EN 1634 -1
U – Value 1.0 W/m2k in accordance with Building Regulations Approved document “L”
Mechanical / Severe Duty Rating – exceeding the minimum requirements of DD171 and BSEN 1192 for “Severe Duty” performances
