Manthorpe Dark Brown Plain In-Line Tile Vent 330 x 331mm

The GTV-PT Plain In-Line Tile Vent is designed for three main
purposes: Roof void ventilation; Mechanical extraction; Soil
ventilation, all through a plain tile roof covering. The in-line design
of this vent, tile makes it almost invisible when installed at either
high or low level, with no unsightly hoods or external ducting on show
from the exterior to maintain an unbroken appearance to the roofline.
As a single vent tile unit, the GTV-PT Plain tile vent is only suitable
for roof void ventilation with the base outlet feeding directly into the
roof space. If you are wanting to use this vent tile for mechanical or
soil ventilation purposes then you will need to purchase the GTV-AD/GRPA
Service Terminal Kit in addition.

Plain tile vents also come in a choice of 4 colours with a subtle
textured finish to mimic the finish of the existing pantiles. In
addition, there is a
choice of 3 granular finish colours also available. The textured
finishes help these vent tiles age in a similar way to clay and concrete
plain tiles so that with time they become even less visible to the
naked eye. Each vent tile comes with a pre-formed louvred insect-grill
to prevent insects from entering the vent and are also fully
independently wind tunnel tested to ensure maximum efficiency when
installed in the roof.
